This jar comes ready filled with a layer of substrate colonised with cordyceps mycelium. The species used is Cordyceps militaris.

Did you know? Codyceps mushrooms are delicious to cook with and have a balanced sweet and savoury flavour that will go well with any dish calling for mushrooms. 
 
Jar Dimentions: 15cm x 8cm
 
Heat sensitive: This must be kept around 17 degrees celsius. The jar comes with a temperature sensitive colour changing strip that makes it easy to see whether it's in the right temperature range.
