About the mushrooms:

Coral tooth fungus (Hericium coralloides) is a rare mushroom that is related to Lion's Mane. Its fruiting bodies look startlingly like delicate, branching corals. When cooked, it has a mildly seafood-like flavour and sweetness along with a tender texture.  In the wild, it grows on the trunks, stumps, and logs of mature Beech and Ash trees.

Ganoderma multipileum, also known as Antler Reishi, is native to tropical regions across Asia and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It produces a mass of antler-shaped fruiting bodies over many months that are stunning to look at and can be preserved for decorations or to make teas and tinctures.

Black Pearl Oyster mushrooms are a genetic hybrid of King Oyster and Pearl Oyster mushrooms originating from Japan. It is a rare and beautiful variety of oyster mushroom that is characterised by their dark brown to black caps and pearl-white stems. Its Japanese name Shimofuri Hiratake means "marbled oyster" and refers to its attractive speckled caps.
